Does your vehicle have a PUC Test certificate ??


Children are more vulnerable to polluted air, as they breathe twice as quickly as adults. The polluted air has more amount of dust particles which can easily penetrate the lungs. Thus causing diseases like Ashtma, strokes, etc.

The reason for air pollution is innumerable. But if all the people decide to use PUC ( Pollution Under Control) tested vehicles only, then there can be a major change seen in the quality of air. Air quality is decided by the number of dust particles present in per unit of air. The more the number of dust particles, the more the air is polluted and unsafe.

According to World Health Organization( WHO), the cleanest air city in India does not meet the WHO standards. This cleanest air city, is decided by organizations in India, which are working towards making India clean and healthy.

We can know our complete vehicle status, if we get them PUC tested. The lifespan of PUC tested vehicle is more than the one which is not tested. We have to spend not more than 100rs. for the PUC test. But the penalty for not having a PUC certificate for your vehicle is much higher. The validity of the certificate is 6 months generally, but 1 year for Bharat Stage IV vehicles.

So, lets take an oath today to strictly use vehicles only after PUC tests. Lets Save nature, Save nation.

Strikes ? Hartals ? Bandhs ?  It takes a few seconds for me, to recollect and understand the difference between strikes, bandhs and hartals. But yes I must say, when you speak about the beauty of Kerala you cannot miss your thoughts on the ' Hartal state'. Most of the time people in India use this as their medium to communicate, or to convey their pain, or even their demands. What makes me wonder is, is this the only way? Injustice for Justice ???

The Central government has cleared the elevation of senior lawyer Indu Malhotra as the Supreme Court judge. By this elevation she becomes the first women lawyer to become the judge of the Apex court directly by the recommendation of the bar. The elevation of Justice KM Joseph of the Uttarakhand High Court is kept on hold. The file of the collegium recommendation was sent to the Apex court on 22 nd of January 2018, and the processing was over by the first week of February 2018. But the decision was kept on abeyance as Justice KM Joseph could not be elevated....
